Layout study; new mechanism CAD is still needed.
80 mm assumes a 34 mm motor body and 24 mm shaft. A 48 mm body raises the packing target to 94 mm. The old tall mounts and clips do not fit this case. Grip, release, stiffness, wiring clearance and loaded top flatness remain untested.

How the references inform this layout

Greg06's board is listed at 460 × 460 × 100 mm, with V-slot guides and reed switches. We adopt its shallow accessible case. Joshua Stanley's board uses four short steel rods, printed supports and 22.5 mm motors. Our larger spans retain purchased linear guides and one beam rather than scaling its 8 mm rods without a stiffness check.

The sensor lid is lift-off. A hinge and restrained service harness need detailed design. The 12 existing P1S panel meshes are shown; new low-profile brackets and a base drilling template have not been released.
